Indanthrene: The dye, bleaching and oil-proof sponge

The real technical heart of our hairdressing and aesthetics towels is the Indanthrene treatment. This special dye shields the fiber and prevents bleachers, reflexes, hair dyes or cosmetic oils from attacking color. Result? You can wash the towels at high temperatures to ensure maximum hygiene without the risk of finding yourself with stained, faded or unwatchable sponges in front of customers.

OEKO-TEX® Certification

In beauty and hairstyle treatments, prolonged skin contact requires maximum safety. All our fabrics are OEKO-TEX® certified, ensuring the absolute absence of toxic or irritating substances for the protection of your customers.

Do colored towels resist dye and bleaching stains?

Yes. All of our colorful hairdressing towels are subjected to indanthrene treatment. This special dye fixes the color in the heart of the fiber, making the sponge incredibly resistant to the aggressive action of colors, reflections, bleaches and salon chemicals, without fading or staining.

Are your fabrics safe for delicate facial and skin treatments?

Absolutely yes. All our textile production is OEKO-TEX® certified. This international standard ensures that our towels, towels and lavages are completely free of toxic, harmful or allergenic substances, offering maximum hygienic safety for both your employees and your customers.

How should I wash hairdressing towels to make them last longer?

Our spunga resists intensive washing up to 60 ° C (and beyond for whites). We recommend avoiding the excessive use of chemical softeners, which deposit a patina on the fibers, reducing the absorption capacity of the sponge. To keep the sheets soft and hydrophilic over time, the ideal is drying in the dryer, which naturally reopens the cotton hedgehog.

What is the difference between a traditional sponge and an Indanthrene professional sponge?

A common sponge, in contact with the products used in the salons (sour shampoos, lotions, dyes or residues of bleaching), loses its original color and is irreversibly stained from the first wash. The IndantHrene professional sponge from ZA&BEL, on the other hand, uses a special dye that chemically blends with cotton fiber, becoming immune to discoloring agents and industrial washes.

Can I request fabric samples before placing a company order?

Sure. We know how important it is to touch the texture, softness and weight of the sponge before renewing the textile sector of your salon or beauty institute. Contact us to request a consultation and evaluate the tissue samples that best suit your operational needs.
